At the end of Ramadan we celebrate with a festival called Eid-al-Fitr with family, friends, good food and gifts. Evey year my sister, as an extension of this celebration, throws a Eid party for her friends. This year guests were asked to bring a dish with them for the party; whether it was a starter, main or dessert, my contribution being chocolate dipped strawberries.
Guests brought with them an array of foods from different cultures and tastes that we all shared and enjoyed. With the addition of pretty outfits and accessories I can say that we all had a great time.
I’ve been itching to post some photos of my younger sister’s wedding now it’s all over but I don’t want to spoil the surprise as I know she wants to be the first to showcase the exciting event, so while I wait patiently (well, kind of), here’s a sneak peak of a couple of pics
I know these don’t give much away but hopefully more to come soon
I think these bangles would be ideal to complete an outfit for a party or wedding. I love how two colours and simple tear drop and circle shapes are used to create something very pretty and intricate looking.
The colour combination of blue and white to me always feels so refreshing when put together, so these bangles really caught my eye. I think these bangles with stones set in a simple but striking pattern would look great to compliment an outfit or even be worn as a statement piece on their own.

I love this photo of my baby niece’s hand against her mum’s and the contrast of the pretty bangles they both wore to a wedding recently. More colours and details of the bangles my niece is wearing can be found here
