I am a female muslim Londoner, and this is my shot at trying to capture the big, beautiful world through a lens, in every opportunity, or rather ‘phototunity’ All my photos haven’t had any enhancement made to them so the colours, lighting etc are as the camera has captured them (unless otherwise stated). It’s that time of year where everyone is enjoying the good weather and good food with this being usually epitomised by having a barbeque! These chicken skewers were absolutely delicious and enjoyed all round at one we held at home recently. What do others make of barbeques – love them or hate them?

I love taking photos at this time of day as the effects achieved always look so magical. In this photo I really like how the water seems to glimmer and draws you eye across to the cliffs. What do others think of taking photos at this time of day and are there any tips that you’d like to share?

Yes, this is my 100th post so I thought I’d share some sweets with you (or a picture anyway) to celebrate. Thank you to everyone who has visited my blog and left comments and tips along the way. I hope you will continue to visit and enjoy my photos.

Pretty hem

This is the hem from my outfit I wore on Eid. I love the colour combination and detail of the embroidery. Eid al Fitr is the celebration that comes after a month of fasting and I enjoyed the day with my family eating lots of great food and sharing lovely gifts.
