I’ve been trying to find out what the name of this flower is and I think it’s ‘Crimson star’ also known as an Adenium, but whatever the name I really like the vibrant red colour and the pointy shaped petals, which I suppose must make it look like a star and hence the name.

Pink textures
This beautiful flower is growing in our garden at the moment. I don’t know what it’s called but I absolutely love the ombre colours running throughout the petals; from bright pink to the white tips. The texture, shape and depth of each petal makes this flower really stand out and a delight to look at

I think this is a really pretty flower and I like the openness and shape of the petals and the veins that can be seen lightly running through them

Seeds to flowers

I thought I’d share a photo of these pretty little flowers which some of you may recognise. Well, if you cast your mind back a few weeks you may remember this post where these little flowers were once tiny seeds, fighting their way out into the open. I love watching nature to see how fast changes occur over time, from seeds and buds to flowers and fruit. I’m sure there’ll be lots more to come yet as we’ve just come in to summer in England, which I look forward to.
